2026 Holiday Schedule for Garbage & Recycling

Once-a-week Garbage Collection is from January through May and September through December. Twice-a-week Garbage Collection will be during the months of June, July and August.  Remember that during twice-a-week collection you are allowed four (4) cans/bags/containers per pickup.  Sign up for e-news to receive information concerning special holiday collections.

Important Trash & Recycling Reminder-- Please remember that containers should weigh no more than 50 pounds and should be no larger than 45 gallons.

Recycling Collection Schedule has been revised to weekly collections throughout the year. Residents must place the two (2) different recycling categories at the curb on separate weeks. Garbage and sorted/separated recyclables must be placed at the curb prior to 6:00 am of your collection day but not before 6:00 pm of the night before.  Empty containers must be removed by 7:00 pm of the collection day.

Garbage & Trash Collection:

If a holiday occurs on your scheduled curbside pickup day, it will (with very few exceptions) NOT CHANGE your scheduled pick up days.

Recycling Collection:

Special recycling pickups have been scheduled and are listed below.  Recyclables may always be taken to the Township's Recycling Center on West Main Street.
